An employee, job, or specific task is observed by Beck Therapy to determine the risk for potential injury. A new service from Beck Therapy designed to reduce an employer's OSHA recordable rate. Once placed on the employer's provider panel, doctors can begin referring injured workers to Beck Therapy for physical therapy. If an employee is off work due to a work-related injury or surgery, they may benefit from customizable and job-specific conditioning program. WT is similar to WH/WC in that the employee is progressively returned to full duty work.
